ABOUT
The LEAN Construction New Zealand website is a place for LEAN resources and connections to help the construction industry become a high performing industry. The construction industry needs to improve its productivity, become more sustainable and provide a safe work environment for its workforce. The construction industry must be client focused and a LEAN mindset will help achieve this.

LEAN Construction, a place for all things LEAN, aims to help develop and encourage a culture and behaviour in the construction sector whereby there is an industry-wide desire from apprentices, business owners and all built environment professions to constantly strive for incremental improvements, who view rework as unacceptable and endeavour to eliminate wasted material and, just as importantly, wasted time.

We want to celebrate those construction companies that are already on their LEAN journey and encourage others to do the same.
